Grahhak India (Vendor Policy)

Welcome to Grahhak India! We appreciate your partnership with us and are committed to ensuring a transparent and fair process for all vendors. we are committed to maintaining a safe and legal marketplace for our customers and vendors. To ensure compliance with Indian government regulations and protect our users, we have established the following product listing rules. Please review the following vendor policy carefully.

1. Commission Charges

1.1 Standard Commission: Grahhak India charges a standard commission fee of 10% on the total sale price of each product sold through our platform.

2. GST (Goods and Services Tax)

2.1 Vendors with GST Number:

• If your business is registered for GST and you possess a valid GST number, you are responsible for charging GST on the sale of your products.
• Grahhak India will pay the commission (10%) on the sale price exclusive of GST.
• The GST amount charged on each sale will be included in the sale price and will be passed on to you in accordance with GST regulations.

2.2 Vendors without GST Number:

• If your business is not registered for GST, Grahhak India will withhold the applicable GST amount on the sale price as per the GST rate applicable to the product category.
• The commission (10%) will be calculated on the sale price exclusive of GST.
• The GST portion will be deducted from the sale amount before disbursing the payment to you.

3. Payment Terms

3.1 Payment Cycle: Payments to vendors will be processed on a monthly basis.

3.2 Minimum Withdrawal Amount: Vendors can request to withdraw funds only when the total accumulated amount is at least ₹500.

3.3 Payment Procedure:

• Payments will be made via bank transfer or as per the payment method agreed upon during vendor registration.
• The payment will be made after deducting the applicable commission and GST (if any).

4. General Terms

4.1 Account Information: Vendors must provide accurate and up-to-date bank details and GST information to ensure smooth transactions.

4.2 Dispute Resolution: Any disputes regarding commission charges or GST deductions should be reported to Grahhak India within 30 days of the payment. We will review and address disputes promptly.

4.3 Policy Changes: Grahhak India reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to vendors through email or through our platform.

1. Prohibited Products

The following types of products are strictly prohibited from being listed on Grahhak India:

1.1 Illegal Goods:

• Products that are illegal or banned under Indian laws, including but not limited to narcotics, controlled substances, and counterfeit items.

1.2 Hazardous Materials:

• Items classified as hazardous or dangerous, including explosives, flammable materials, and toxic chemicals, unless they comply with safety and regulatory standards.

1.3 Restricted Medicines and Pharmaceuticals:

• Prescription drugs and medicines not approved by the Indian Drug Controller General (DCGI), or without necessary licenses.

1.4 Adult Content:

• Products containing explicit adult content, pornography, or any material that is deemed inappropriate for minors.

1.5 Pirated or Copyright-Infringing Content:

• Software, music, movies, books, or any digital content that infringes on copyright laws.

1.6 Counterfeit Goods:

• Replicas, imitations, or counterfeit products that infringe on trademarks or intellectual property rights.

1.7 Unapproved Food and Beverages:

• Food items and beverages that are not approved by the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) or that do not comply with FSSAI regulations.

1.8 Endangered Species and Related Products:

• Products made from or containing parts of endangered species, including animal ivory, skins, and other wildlife products.

1.9 Unauthorized Medical Devices:

• Medical devices and health equipment that are not approved by the Central Drugs Standard Control Organization (CDSCO) or that do not comply with regulatory standards.

1.10 Items that Violate Indian Regulations:

• Products that violate any other Indian laws, regulations, or guidelines established by relevant authorities.

2. Product Listing Requirements

2.1 Accurate Information:

• All product listings must include accurate, clear, and complete information, including product descriptions, specifications, and pricing.

2.2 Compliance with Labeling Requirements:

• Products must adhere to Indian labeling requirements, including language and safety warnings as mandated by law.

2.3 Authenticity and Quality:

• Vendors must ensure that all listed products are genuine, of good quality, and meet the safety standards applicable in India.

3. Vendor Responsibilities

3.1 Adherence to Regulations:

• Vendors are responsible for ensuring that their products comply with all applicable Indian laws and regulations.

3.2 Regular Updates:

• Vendors must regularly update their product listings to reflect any changes in product information or compliance status.

3.3 Notification of Issues:

• Vendors must immediately notify Grahhak India of any legal issues or recalls related to their products.

4. Enforcement and Penalties

4.1 Monitoring and Review:

• Grahhak India reserves the right to monitor and review all product listings to ensure compliance with these rules.

4.2 Action for Non-Compliance:

• Products that violate these rules may be removed from the platform, and vendors may face penalties, including suspension or termination of their accounts.

4.3 Legal Recourse:

• Grahhak India will cooperate with law enforcement and regulatory authorities in cases of legal violations.
